WHITE BLEND IGP TERRE SICILIANE ORGANIC

Mediterraneo Bianco This blend of native Sicilian grapes, IGT Terre Siciliane, is a white wine that best expresses the richness of the territory and the island’s winemaking tradition. The grapes — carefully selected from typical varieties such as Insolia, Catarratto, and Grillo — are hand-harvested in small crates during the first week of September, at their ideal stage of ripeness.

The vinification is carried out with great care: the grapes undergo cold maceration under a protected CO₂ atmosphere, a process that helps preserve the primary aromas and ensures a fresh, clean aromatic profile.

On the nose, Bianco Mediterraneo presents intense Mediterranean aromas, with notes of white flowers, citrus, white-fleshed fruit, and subtle hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with pleasant sapidity and a harmonious finish, sometimes marked by a slight, varietal bitterness typical of Sicilian grapes. Its color is a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.

A versatile and food-friendly wine, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, seafood, and seasonal vegetables, but is also excellent as an aperitif.
